My Diwali Look

To all those who celebrated Diwali last weekend, hope you guys had a good one! To all our peeps outside India, Diwali is a festival of lights, signifies the good over evil and hope over despair. If you are planning to visit India, then it is one of the best time of the year. Apart from the beautiful décor, one also gets amazing mouth- watering food.

Festivals give us reasons to shop and get dressed. This time I opted for a saree. A saree is a garment consisting of a length of cotton or silk elaborately draped around the body, traditionally worn by women from South Asia (via wiki). I am wearing a silk saree with lots of jewelries. For my hair I have made a bun with some flowers. Make up that I have used is given below. Hope you like my look!
