Tea Tree Oil is known for its anti-bacterial properties and makes an excellent pimple treatment. I have been using this for more than a decade now and it works!
The product comes in a little bottle with a tiny tube hole which is a bit difficult to get one drop of it. You can also use a cotton swab but it might just absorbs the entire oil since it’s very liquid in consistency. Using fingertips, pour a small amount and directly dab on the pimple/acne area. It might stings and smells for a while but it will absorbs and dries out immediately.
If your skin is too dry, it might be a good idea to use some moisturizer first before applying as it tends to dry more. Since I have oily skin, it wasn’t over drying. Plus, if you find the oil too strong, try to dilute it with water and apply it for twice or so. Continuously use it for three days to get rid of the pimples but blemishes won’t disappear right away. It might take a week depending on how big the acne is.
The price is quite expensive ($11) for such a small bottle, but it’s definitely worth it.
