Thrifty’s way for removing eye makeup

clip_image002If you run out of your eye makeup remover stock, what will you do? It’s late in the night and you cant even go out! Well, I want to share my ways of removing eye makeup. You don’t have to buy an expensive product! You can simply use products that are easily available at home.

1) Oils: Most oils work great for removing eye makeup. You can choose from almond oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil and olive oil. You can also wipe off eye makeup with a cucumber slice or wipe gently with cotton swab soaked in milk or even water. My favorites have always been coconut and almond oil.

2) Baby wipes: I sometimes use baby wipes to remove my face and eye makeup. You can even use baby oil to remove my eye makeup, which works great.

3)  Petroleum jelly:  You can use any petroleum jelly to remove makeup. It’s a bit messy sometimes. I won’t recommend you to use it everyday but once in a while is OK! Smile

People who have oily skin or people who find oils to be too greasy for removing eye makeup, I suggest you to use baby oil, almond oil or baby wipes. Do not use coconut oil!
